NDT & Lug Testing

• NATA Endorsed periodic Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) or Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) of lifting points on offshore lifted items.
• NATA Endorsed MPI of LPI of new build items purchased through The Rigging Shed.
• NATA Endorsed MPI or LPI of lifting points pre and post proof load test.
• Consulting services for NDT and structure maintenance programs and procedures.
• All inspection also involves a visual examination of welds to be inspected using NDT. Welds are assessed in accordance with National and International Standards.
• Pre and Post proof load MPI of pad eyes when tested using the 10 t or 50 t lug tester.

Offshore Lifting and Lifted Equipment

• NATA endorsed Periodic Certified Visual Inspections of offshore lifting and lifted items in accordance to EN12079 and DNV 2.7-1.
• Load test of offshore lifted equipment in accordance with EN12079 and DNV 2.7-1, NATA endorsed.
• Consulting services for the maintenance and manufacture of offshore lifting and rigging equipment.
• Manufactured items are complete with NDT and load testing certificated in accordance with relevant offshore standards.
• NATA endorsed Periodic lifting surveys of all lifting and lifted items on offshore vessels.
